Swire Properties has released pricing for their latest luxury residential development ‘ARGENTA’ located at 63 Seymour Road in the Central Mid Levels district. The property is a short walk from the Mid-levels escalator and Robinson Road.

The building features 30 apartments consisting of 28 whole-floor units of 2,728sqft, a Penthouse unit of 4,450sqft with terraces and a slightly smaller unit of 2,640sqft on the 7/F also with a terrace.

The pricing given by the developer is HK$57.3 million (HK$21,000 per sq ft) to HK$95.5 million (HK$35,000 per sq ft) with formal building completion due end of August 2013.
